hi Grez go to w.w.w. radiohamburg it does not look to bad no balc,s yet

Hope it's going to be ready - all Thomson Cruisss keep saying on FB when anyone questions it is "it should be ready by 20th" I see that the Spirit's last sailing is 13th December - 20th. I guess they have the option of putting everyone on the Spiirt if the Celebration isn't ......

I see on the Radio Hamburg site that there is going to be a storm surge in the port tonight with a lot of flooding - hope all the staff are safe.....

Oooops - that was Friday when the UK also had bad storms; hope all was well

I'm hearing reports of a small fire yesterday on board Celebration whilst in dry dock, caused by some welding. Can anyone confirm this and any news on any damage?

Hi Grez,

We’re aware that a very small fire broke out onboard Thomson Celebration on the 7th December whilst the ship was in dry dock in Hamburg.

The fire was quickly extinguished and there were no injuries to any of the crew. Following checks of the ship, the crew returned to their duties on board. Please be assured, there has been no damage or any impact to planned sailing dates.

Thanks,

Sammi
