Llabadee: Rhum guy forgets to deliver to ship

Have you had any experiences with the rhum guy in Labadee's Artisan's Market? Did you buy a bottle of rhum/rum from him? was he able to deliver it to the ship? or did he have a case of amnesia? we had a problem with him on the November 26, 2013 Grandeur. :(

 

A ship's officer told us, well, he's not on the ship's staff.

 

but when you go to a Royal Caribbean island, you figure everything will be safe. well, i guess not...

Sorry to hear about your misfortune.

I would have thought it would be safe also.

Just curious why you did not take it with you when you purchased it..........or was it because RCI does not let you bring along alcoholic beverages except for the two bottles of wine when you initially embark?

Why did they want to deliver?
