Non-Beach Day

We are on the Celebrity Summit in St. Thomas in February and would like to visit St. John as we have never been. We can take the ship ferry and then have 4 1/2 hours on St. John.

Our problem is that we do not snorkel or want to spend hours on the beach. What other things can we do such as walking around the ferry area or visiting historical sites?

Thanx

You wills see ruins and other sights on the island tour. After the tour I would suggest a nice lunch in Cruz Bay where the ferry docks, followed by some shopping. Shopping Cruz Bay is much nicer than downtown STT as there are several great jewelry shops, art and craft shops, and clothing shops. Mongoose Junction also has a brewery. So a great spot to shop and lunch, or if you want to enjoy a cold drink and the view the Beach Bar is right on the sand.
