Fanning Island Barracuda Reef Snorkel?

Anyone with more information on NCL's Barracuda Reef Snorkel? A friend and I are booked for our cruise in August. I am wondering if we will be able to spend the morning at Napali Beach before the snorkel? If the trip leaves from Napali Beach, Fanning, or the ship? If people seem to enjoy it and if it is beginning, intermediate or advanced snorkel? Also, is their a ladder to board the tender after snorkelling, or do they just "haul" you on board?
