Off site parking in Jacksonville

Anyone know of any parking other than at the terminal? Or a hotel that has cruise parking if not staying there?

Ummmm.....they have the best parking at the port, get off the ship and in the car???? Wait you might save five bucks and waste how much time? It's called vacation.....enjoy it.

The savings will be quite a bit more than five bucks.

I stayed at the Comfort Suites Airport, using an employee discount and pd $35 for the room, it would have cost me $74 to park my car and take the shuttle, saving me only $1. I decided to just park in the lot, you really don't save that much money.

Back in October we stayed one night at the http://www.jacksonvilleplazahotel.com/. They provided a shuttle to & from the cruise port and allowed us to park our car at the hotel while we were on the cruise.

 

The hotel was not fancy but the room was decent & they had a continental breakfast (cereal, bagels, fruit, oatmeal & coffee) the next morning.

 

It was a little over $70.00 total for all that. Not a bad deal.

I live in Jacksonville so I don't need a room.

Think a taxi roundtrip to the port cost less than parking.
