I'd fire some folks for the mess they have created with the cruise line. change the entertainment back. put table clothes back on the tables, fire the dj and replace him with live music. id return the midnight buffet as well as the chocolate buffet. might even bring back the pillow mints. Id put the funships back in the funships.

 

Agree with you on most but the choc buffet still there but not very good stuff though.

 

Also choc still placed on the bed at night

Add the Steel drum band back to lido deck

 

I would study the MDR usage. Create a MDR opt out option and if you want to eat in the MDR you must use any time dinning and be charge a fee.

 

Use the past guests as part of the quality control review process. After completing an evaluation the guest would receive a discount on their next cruise.

 

Reduce the number of tables for wait staff

 

Improve communication

 

Improve the VIFP program

 

Change the ports

 

Add no fee drink in the staterooms (non alcoholic)

At any other company, the Vickster would've been shown the door two years ago after her poorly worded email to some LGBT and cross dressing groups concerning their attire and conduct on board the ships. Between shooting themselves in the feet and then sticking their feet in their mouths, I'm surprised that there's anyone left at corporate that isn't wheel chair bound.
