Liberty, Main or Riviera Deck

Big group going on a budget. Which deck for rooms? Bottom of the ship versus under the kitchen and dining rooms?

On the only cruise I've been on, we stayed in an Ocean view on deck 1. It was fine. You obviously have to walk up/take the elevator everywhere, but that wasn't really problematic for us. It was quiet as well.

in all of my cruises, i always picked and loved the riviera deck. for my upcoming cruise i am going to try out the main deck. The best part of the main deck is that the atrium glass elevators go to that deck and do not go to the riviera deck

Deck 1. There are still cabins underneath, but crew cabins.
