Best use of time in Freeport and Nassau?

We had planned to do a beach day either in Freeport or Nassau, probably BCH in Nassau.

We could be swayed if there was an experience in either country that should not be missed. We have about 4 and a half months until we are in port. We want something that we could stay cool doing.

 

Before requesting opinions our plans were to do the beer brewery tour in Freeport, and BCH in Nassau, but we are definitely open to suggestions.

In Freeport we did a tour with Chad4Nature and we all enjoyed it. They have a lot of reviews on Tripadvisor.
