Mini-suite vs. Suite Sapphire

Hello!

This has probably been asked before, but can anyone tell me if the suite's are worth the extra $1000 per person over the mini-suites? We don't spend all of our time in our cabin, but we do like to have friends over for a pre-dinner cocktail, etc. sometimes. Also, any cabin recommendations for either category?

Bon Voyage!

Cindy Sue :)

Cindy-Sue, I have done both a CAT AA Mini-Suite Dolphin 406 (mid ship) on the Sapphire and as well a Full Suite CAT PS AFT C748. I believe you can entertain in both quite comfortably for cocktails etc. If you really prefer a balcony double the size, double the size bathroom and walk-in closet than the Full Suite is worth it adn I would book an AFT Suite as well simply for the panoramic views. Mind you in both instances I was upgraded. Otherwise if I would have paid for it I certainly believe there is a lot of value for the money in a Mini-Suite especially on longer sailings.
