Have a MB cabin booked tried to upgrade to MA higher deck and was told I would lose my 200.00 obc because this was considered a new reservation and that promo has ended. Does that sound right? Really disappointed.

Sounds like your your OBC was due to a time limited promotion. To my understanding this is correct. Once you make changes to your original reservation, the computer system cancels and rebooks your reservation.

You can always try calling back and speaking to a supervisor to see if they will override it, but most don't have luck. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

$200 OBC is just a pricing scheme. Sometimes they do that instead of lower prices. Or a quick sales hit.
