Denied Shareholder credit

I received a call that I have been denied the share holder credit because we already had a different offer, but in lieu of the credit they offered me Cagneys for 2 and a bottle of wine.

 

This was about 3 weeks ago.

 

I thought it would show up as an obc or offer but I have seen nothing and I have my TA trying to help figure it out to and to see if it is confirmed somewhere.

 

Obviously I would rather have the shareholder credit but it is better than nothing.

 

How have others received this and did you receive confirmation or anything?

Ask your TA (if booked through one) or NCL (if booked through them directly) to send you the "Amenity Confirmation", it includes all extras not listed in the normal cruise confirmation such as comped dinners, wine, etc.

 

EDIT: I just re-read and only now noticed that you mentioned TA, so ask them to get you that confirmation from NCL.
