Beach with water toys for kids

I was wondering if there was a beach that had water toys for kids. Something like paradise Island in Cozumel.

 

My kids are 9&11 and would love this, but haven't seen this mentioned anywhere.

I would also love to know the answer to this. We ADORED Paradise Beach in Cozumel. They would like to do water toys again at either St. Thomas or St. Maarten.
