Hi we have booked a getaway guarantee balcony but still don't have our cabin number is this usual .Starting to feel a bit impatient really want to know we're we are on ship.Booked in November so not really a last minute bargain unfortunately.

You would usually get your Cabin 3 or so weeks before you sail.

Expect it any day now....

Note that P&O /can/ allocate your cabin up to the moment when you Board the ship. I'm not aware that this has ever happened......

We are booked on the Ventura on 18 January and got our allocation on 3rd Jan.

We didn't get an email notification, as some people do, but it appeared on the Cruise Personaliser when I checked in the evening.

Think I would get worried if there was no notification 1 week before.

We booked over a year ago and choose our cabin, but often P and O offer upgrades to free up cabins that they can sell cheaper.

As they are selling this cruise at £999 at the moment maybe that are still juggling cabins.

Hope we have a good cruise.

Sold out apart from inside cabins, which are priced at £1099 and £1199.

All our getaways have had cabin allocation almost exactly 2 weeks prior to sailing
