Payment on RC dot com

Hello,

I am trying to make a payment on royalcaribbean dot com. When I go to make the payment, I enter my cc# and it says the below:

 

"The country of residency previously selected is not the same as the country in the billing address below. Please verify that you selected the correct country. If so, you may still browse the site but you will not be able to complete the reservation."

 

Here is the thing... everything on my reservation, billing, etc, says Canada. Actually there is one area where is says Can but Can stands for Canada.

 

Anyone have any ideas to as why I cannot pay online?

Royal Caribbean recently did some "upgrades" to their website. They are still trying to fix problems with the upgrade. I'm finally able to access my reservation online this week, but I do not have the option to pay online, nor does it provide my balance.

 

Best thing is to contact Royal Caribbean by phone @ (800) 398-9819 for website questions & assistance or call (866) 562-7625 to speak to a Certified Vacation Planner about make a payment with credit card over the phone.

 

I'm hoping they'll fix the website sooner than later, but it's been a few months since the system "upgrade".
