Just had a strange result when I tried to log onto My Princess. Got told it was a bad e mail address or password. Ok so I try password recovery although I know the password as was logged on using it two days ago. Then I get the "you don't exist in the system" message. I'd better exist as I have three cruises booked and just made a huge final payment to them for one coming up in April. So call Princess. Got a nice lady who had it all fixed in about 5 minutes. For some unknown and apparently unexplainable reason the system had defaulted to an e mail address I haven't had in over a year since I changed service providers. All is back to normal now but I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else. Its not even a full moon right now.
