Does the Magic still have the show band?

I had booked on the Conquest for April 6-13 but since found out that the Fun Ship 2.0 <airquote> upgrade </airquote> took out the showband. The showband is one of our favorite aspects of Carnival cruises and I also love their afternoon jazz concerts, so this is a disappointment. Does anyone know if the Magic still has one, and if so, until when? The Magic on that same week also works with our schedule.

The Magic does not have 2.0 upgrades. It does have a showband. The ship doesn't go to dry dock until Feb 2015.

No showband on our 10/2013 Magic Cruise

We didn't have one on the Thanksgiving 2013 cruise either.
