Tampa Port Hotel Free Shuttle

Going on Brilliance of the Sea on Feb 10th. Time to book a hotel. Looking for someplace with complimentary shuttle service. I can get a room on points at the embassy suites but they nickle and dime you for Wifi, parking and $5 per person for the shuttle. Does Budget car rental offer a shuttle?

Not sure if Budget still offers the free port shuttle. Here is a list of TPA car rental agencies and thier direct ph #'s.

I would call the direct 813 # , not the 1-800, to get accurate information.
