5 bottles of wine offer

Hello

 

Has anyone cruised who took advantage of the above free offer which was available on bookings a few months go ? If so how did you get the 5 bottles, were they obtained from dining room or left in your cabin ?

Hi, I remember the offer and it was advertised as free 'wine and dine' so one would assume you will get the wine in the main dining room( MDR).

If you don't want to drink it there you are allowed to take it to your cabin.

We receive 3 bottles of wine on each of our cruises as part of our Crown and Anchor benefits and have them delivered to the MDR but when we don't want to drink it there we just take it with us. The Dining room know about our wine as it is on a list of some sort, yours will be too.

I would advise you take any evidence you have that you have the offer as often the left arm does not know what the right arm is doing
