Excursion Lowest Price Guarentee question

Hello,

 

I was approved on Monday for the lower price guarentee for an excursion in Grand Cayman. I'm wondering if I should see the OBC on my Carnival docs yet? I don't, and am thinking I should.

 

I would ask Carnival, but I'm quite frustrated with them right now. I submitted another claim for an excursion in Cozumel and they replied saying it was duplicate. I replied saying that the other one was for Grand Cayman and they replied saying that they cannot search for specific emails. I then replied saying that I'm concerned that this one is now lost due to them saying it's a duplicate, yet they just keep coming back saying they can't search for emails (even though the entire email string was attached). Sigh! I just resubmitted it because I'm sure they denied it without really looking at it. End of rant...

 

Anyways, any help re the OBC appearing is appreciated.

My approved request says that the credit will only show once on board and to print a copy of the approval for your own records. I plan on taking a copy just in case there is an issue with it showing up once on board.

Do you have a PVP that you work with? If so, maybe he/she could give you a more definitive answer. Whenever we submit an OBC form, I always call my PVP to make sure it went through.
