Taxi and seat belts

We will have a 1 year old with us. We also will have a car seat. Are we going to be able to use it?

 

We want to go to Doctors Cave Beach. We will be in docking in Montego Bay. What are our options of transportation? What do we do with the car seat?

 

Years ago, in Cozumel, we had a person who had a scooter. We got a taxi van that could accommodate the scooter. Surprise to us when the driver kept the scooter in the van while we stayed at the beach. I don't know if he stayed there all day, but when we were ready to leave he was there to take us back to the ship.
