Purchasing cigars or cigarettes on the ship

I'm somewhat of a social smoker and my husband likes to have a cigar once in a while himself. Now i know they sell cartons at the duty free shop but Was wondering if its possible to purchase just 1 pack of cigs or just 1 or 2 cigars on the breakaway? If so, how much would they charge? Last time I bought a pack "on a ship" was in 2003 and it cost my girlfriends and I $3! Lol wondering if it would still be that cheap? Lol

A couple of years ago on the Gem, I bought a pack at the casino bar. Around $3 I think. Pretty sure that's the only place you can (maybe) buy just a pack.
