Regardless of the company suggest you contact the car rental office and speak directly to the Manager. Generally speaking car rental shuttles do not have a wheelchair lift. However if the company provides shuttle service for able body customers it is required under ADA Law to provide the same service for disabled customers. Even if that means arranging for separate accessible transportation. Additionally if the shuttle is provided free of charge to it's customer than they are required to provide the same service free of charge for a disabled passenger.

 

Don't be afraid to speak up and insist to the Manager that the Car Rental Company comply with ADA Law.
