guaranty cabin Cat. 12

Just checking to see who booked a cat 12 guaranty. Who did you book thru (DCL or TA)& what type of cabin did you end up with?

A friend of mine who works for DCL says that there ususally is no room for upgrades of any kind except when you book Cat 12 Gty. and then you only get the insides and lower decks.

 

Becasue the ship usually sails full, it is their way of offering a discount. So basically what your getting when you do a cat 12 gty is getting a cat 11.

 

It really doesn't matter though, your on a Disney cruise..... LOL

I disagree. My daughter and I were booked in a Cat 12 guarantee on the Wonder last Nov. We were upgraded to a Cat 10! It was still an inside cabin, but the larger inside with the split bathroom. We were pleased with the upgrade!

We booked the cat 12 guarantee, and ended up with a cat. 9 deluxe oceanview midship. we are pleased with the freebie.
