RCI premium drink package

I know there are a ton of posts on the drink packages but through searching existing threads I cannot find a definitive answer to the question of whether you can get, for example, a $15 glass of wine and pay $3 for it (ie, get a $12 credit).

 

We bought the premium package on allure last summer but mainly drank mixed drinks because we are sorta wine snobs, especially with cabs and pinots.

We did it in Chops,

 

Have seen other posts were some have said no, but I am speaking from my own personal experience.
