Besides the Coach Outlet (Calle Cristo), there is a Polo/Ralph Lauren Outlet that you can't miss right in front of the pier.

 

There is also a Premium Outlet Mall over in Barceloneta, which you would need a car to get to, and the regular mall Plaza las Americas in San Juan, also not in walking distance from Old San Juan.
