Wine Package Advice

I have booked my first cruise with Cunard as a surprise for my husband's 60th birthday in October. We have cruised 16 times, mostly with Celebrity, RCI and Princess. We always purchase a Drink Package. However, Cunard does not seem to offer these packages, but I see on the website that we can purchase Wine Packages. This will suit as we drink mostly wine anyway. Can these bottles be purchased at any bar on the ship or are they only available in the Dining Room at lunch and dinner. If so, can we take bottles out of the Dining Room to other venues on the ship or to our cabin. With the other companies, the drinks are by the glass and cover all drinks in all bars/restaurants.
