Wireless on the Crown

Recommended Posts

I used my laptop in the library of the Crown which adjoins the internet cafe. It did not quite reach to the Lido Lounge where I was watching the trio each evedning. There is a row of tables set up adjoining the Internet Cafe in the opposite direction (forward) but these tables are often taken by card players.

It is not cheap.

A less expensive option would be to wait until you get into port and go to one of the internet cafes.

They include:

Internet Lane: located on the Walkway, 22 Reid Street, Hamilton, Pembroke Parish-- between Reid Stret an Front Street

Logic Internet Cafe: 10-12 Burnaby Street, Hamilton, Pembroke Parish

Mr. Onions: 11 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton, Pembroke Parish

Swiss Connection: Clocktower Mall, Royal Naval Dockyard

TeleBerumda International Customer Centre: Corner of Reid Street and Queen Street, Hamilton, Pembroke Parish

Hope that helps!

Yes, I guess that using the internet cafes in Port would be a more affordable option. I will definitely keep that in mind. I am not sure that it would work for me on all levels and i would still have to utilize the ship's internet services. I also do most of my work at night, and not sure that I would want to be sitting in a cafe late at night!!

But I will definitely have to check out those places mentioned and see what the hours they are open and also the rates that they charge!

Thanks for the tips!!
