Deck 3- Vision of the Seas

I just booked a large Oceanview stateroom on Deck 3 of Vision of the Seas (3094). When speaking about the location of the stateroom with the vacation planner from RCCL, she told me there were staterooms above and below my stateroom so noise should be minimal.

 

When I looked up the deck plans after booking, there are no staterooms above my cabin at all, but it looks to be under a conference area and close to the dining room on Deck 4.

 

Has anyone stayed on Deck 3 and can comment about the noise, if any, coming from Deck 4?
