Issues with Royal Caribbean Website, anyone?

I cannot access my reservations to complete online checkin at all. It continues to lock me out and after talking to RCCL three times, the issue is still not resolved and the last phone call, they told me it was a global issue. Is anyone else having this issue with the website?

The website always seems to go down during the weekend. Sometimes my reservations will disappear but they'll eventually show back up.

I had an issue for a long time not being able to get into mine and RCL would keep telling me it was fixed when it really wasn't. Finally, I called the number for the Crown and Anchor Society and, after a few minutes on the phone, they found that, somewhere internally, they had my wife's C&A number switched with mine on our reservation. Everything had been put in correctly but apparently a software error had caused the problem. If you still can't get in soon, definitely call Crown and Anchor because they seem to be much more knowledgable about these issues.

Thank you for the info!! I will try Crown and Anchor and maybe they can help because RCCL is not helping at all!!
