Compass celebration announcements?

We (DH and 2 children, 21 and 19) will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary and DH's 51st birthday on our upcoming cruise. I have been looking at a Compass from Decemebr 2013, and noticed you can have a message announcement printed in it, assuming they have available space, on the appropriate day. Does anyone know who I would contact about this?

I have checked an old compass from Allure and it states '..please inquire at the Guest Services Desk..'

You would submit your information to Guest Services. The charge is $25.
