Help: Marriott Turnberry Aventura or Marquis Downtown Miami

I've accumulated enough Marriott points to stay at a very nice hotel prior to our POM cruise. We will be flying into Miami also.

trying to decide between Turnberry Isle, which is a bit out in Aventura but has beautiful pool/beach and a resort feel, and JW Marquis downtown, which is closer, very nice but seems to be more of a business hotel. Traveling with DH, and two older children.

We plan on renting a car, as I was also able to score a good deal on that front. The Turnberry seems so nice, but wondering if it will be a pain to get theremand back -- and if it's really as nice as pics! Thanks to anyone who can offer insight.
