Just a reminder that Carnivale, 2014, is underway in Dominica. Jump-up is on March 3rd and 4th. These are days of parades, dancing and music. If you will be in Roseau on Monday, the 3rd or Tuesday, the 4th, allow time to catch the parades. I believe they start around 10 AM and go all day.
