PalMar Beach Club? Any good?

My husband and I are looking for a quiet beach to do some off shore snorkeling while in Cozumel and we heard about the Palmar Beach Club.

It sounds like the place would be a lot quieter than Money Bar but offer the same quality snorkeling in the Dzul ha reef.

Does anyone have any recent photographs or experiences? We're only planning to find a place to snorkel in the morning then head off to San Gervasio so it doesn't need to be resort quality but it does need to be worth the $13 entry fee (2 beers included).

Thanks!
