mwne2nks Posted February 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2014 How soon can i start scheduling specialty restaurants? I went thru a TA and we sail in Sept. Also, My DW wants to take some Yoga classes. About what $ are they? Is it still ok to throw a case of water in a duffle bag and bring it on board? Thanks !

MNfamilycruiser Posted February 16, 2014 #4 Share Posted February 16, 2014 OK Thanks for the Yoga Info. Any ideas on the other? or should I just call my TA? Go to the RC website with your RC confirmation number - there is a section called My Cruises to purchase all the extras, schedule MTD, shore excursions etc. We are on an Alaskan cruise at the end of May and none of our specialty restaurants or MTD can be booked yet :( So it just depends on the particular cruise when it becomes available. The website says that if you are more than 60 days out, it may not be available - but for the majority of cruises it seems like it is much earlier than that. kcteach12 Posted February 17, 2014 #5 Share Posted February 17, 2014 My cruise is on the Allure July 27th. Reservations for shows and MTD have already been made. Have you checked under the pre-cruise planner?
cruisenfever Posted February 17, 2014 #6 Share Posted February 17, 2014 Reservations for Specialty Restaurants usually open up 4-6 months from departure depending on the ship. I would start checking end of March beginning of April. As has been suggested, when you add your booking number to your My Cruises Account, you can go in through Countdown to Cruise and check under your Pre-Cruise Planner when reservations will open. mwne2nks Posted February 17, 2014 Author #8 Share Posted February 17, 2014 OK well we are still 200+ days out so I will keep watching. The consensus is still that I can take a case of water on board?
cruisenfever Posted February 17, 2014 #9 Share Posted February 17, 2014 OK well we are still 200+ days out so I will keep watching. The consensus is still that I can take a case of water on board? Yes. Having it delivered directly to your cabin with your checked bags depends on the ship and the porters checking in the bags.
