We will be in GC in March and would love to have a tour of the island with a guide that can tell us about the culture, places, etc. Can anyone please suggest a private operator that we can contact that is affordable and safe? There will be four of us.

We enjoyed a tour a few years ago with Cayman Safari.

I just checked the website and found they are now offering several tours. We basically did the original east safari.
