Chankanaab park and zip line...

I am thinking I will skip the Discover Mexico park and head with family in a taxi directly to Chankanaab. Me and daughter are interested in doing the zip line inside the park..anyone done this before?

 

We are 5 people(4 adults,1 kid) and assuming its about $12 in one taxi to the park...anyone recently done this?

First, with 5 passengers it's ~ $15 to Chank. (200 pesos).

 

Second, where else are you going on your cruise? Roatan is probably the better zip line port in the Western Caribbean, if you're heading there. Chank isn't that high or scenic. but there's a ton of other things to do there. So have fun.:)
