Seven Fathoms Rum

Sorry but the search engine is still down so I can't search, but has anyone been on the Seven Fathoms rum factory tour and can give a report. Also is it still located above Hammerheads - I thought I read they were getting a new factory? Thanks

We just got back from our cruise and went to Seven Fathoms. Yes they have moved. We booked our tour via Discount Excursions. They were great, met at the port, dropped us and picked us up. The tour was excellent!!! Jordan, our guide was very laid back and friendly. We got to taste the rum in different stages of distilling as well as many, many samples of the different offerings at the end of the tour. A small but expanding opperation and really good rum!!! I can'tsay enough good things about our experience. A highlight for us for sure!!!

Thanks for your review unfortunately we have just returned from our cruise! We did find the old location but were not sure if we could walk or get a bus to the new location so didn't get to try the rum this time. Maybe next time we will try the tour that you suggest.

Is their distillery still located in Georgetown? I would like check their distillery as well.

Yes, about a 5 minute ride from the port.

This is the link according to the website but I was not comfortable walking with out knowing the area. I guess you would need to take a taxi or the tour mentioned above.
