Cabin Choice on Dream - Help, Please

I'm sure this question has been asked quite frequently, so I apologize in advance.

Hubby booking a cruise for me July 2014 on Dream and cabin options are cove balcony; 7462; 8390; 9299 or 9430. Many times on the conquest we stayed on the verandah deck but more aft which we enjoyed. The Vista deck cabins have me interested but concerned about noise factor from above. Hubby would be happy in the cove balcony but having no experience with these, I'm thinking I would prefer more balcony sunshine. Need to decide quickly so any help provided would be greatly appreciated.

DH and I had a cove on the Dream December 2012 and will again in May. We loved the cove balcony. Close to the water and private. Just remember on the Dream, deck 5 goes completely around the ship and it is possible for people on that deck 5 to see in the upper balconies, especially on the sides where the deck is wider and the hot tubs.

I have done both the cove balcony and one on the 11th deck (panoramic). I loved the cove and found it very private and quiet. The downside is the lack of direct sunlight. As for the upper deck balcony I would stick to 9th deck or above. We checked out the privacy of the other cabins and realized that you can see not only the balcony, but into some of the rooms on the sixth/upper deck. Deck 7 balconies were visible from the promenade deck. Deck 8 was semi private, but above that you really couldn't see unless the people were looking over the balcony. I love the Dream and looking forward to one last journey with her before she sails over to New Orleans. We are back on the 11th deck for the location and sun!

I don't have any advice on the cove's but we just got off the Dream and had 7441 & 7447 starboard side aft. It was a very quiet location and far enough aft that it was past the extended part of the lanai so it was also very private.
