will the Fantasy be replaced this year?

Does anyone think they will replace the Fantasy with a different ship this year?

Not this year, but keeping my fingers crossed that it won't be long. Would love to see a nicer ship out of my closest port of embarkation!

Me too! We have sailed on her several times and love her,but would like to see a little bigger class of ship in charleston. We are trying to decide on the Oct or Nov 7day sailing. We too are close 4 hours away.

Carnival likely won't make any waves until the dust settles over all of the lawsuits. Yeah, I know, most of them have been tossed out or settled, but the fallout continues. It ain't over, yet. A move by Carnival to bring in a larger ship right now would likely re-ignite the issue.

I heard they are considering retiring 2 ships when Vista comes on line.

my guess is the 2 oldest ships. one of them has cancelled it's drydock. I think it was Sensation. Don't quote me on that.
