Druif Beach?

Druif Beach is just north of Oranjestad.

Manchebo Beach is just north of Druif Beach and Eagle Beach is beyond that.

Druif Beach is close to the cruise terminal. See the attached for proximity to the Oranjestad and Eagle Beach.

I just returned from vacationing in Aruba. There is now a vendor on Druif beach renting chairs and umbrellas. His signs also say that he has jet ski and parasailing rentals, along with Jolly Pirate tickets. This is a very wide, beautiful stretch of beach, with plenty of room for everyone. It is not at all crowded. There is an upstairs beach bar, overlooking the water, and several restaurants across the street at Divi Village.

It is about 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 miles walking distance.

I would take the #10 bus to the Tamarijn, get off there and walk northward to the end of the resort and the stretch of beach between the Tamarijn and Divi.

too far for me to want to hoof it, would it be easy to grab a cab to & from (if we walk to tamarijn or Divi)?

If you are on Druif Beach and in need of a beverage, Jimmy's Bar is located at the northern end of the Tamarijn Resort. It is upstairs above their watersports/fitness center and overlooks the ocean. Not sure about credit cards, but they take cash.

The other option for food and beverage is to purchase vouchers at the front desk at either the Tamarijn or Divi Resorts. Otherwise the resorts are all inclusive only.
