If you buy Cruise Cash, why can't I see it listed in My cruise manager booking- in my onboard credit? Thanks, Melissa

I was told the credit will be put on the first day of the cruise. Keep the receipt with you :-) in the same boat, no pun intended, so I rang and non voyage confirmed that.

It's not listed because it is not a part of payment nor is it an excursion.

Cruise Cash is through the Fun Shops and is considered a gift.

Fun Shop items such as alcohol, strawberries, cabin decor or T shirts are never listed in my cruise manager.

 

It will be on your account when you board. If you are really concerned, you can call them, but it's there. :)
