cruzn buckeye Posted July 23, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 23, 2005 On one of our cruises we did the ship tour to Colony beach and did not like it at all because it was much too crowded. On our next cruise to Grand Cayman, we just had a taxi drop us off at the public entrance. The beach there was not crowded and the water was shallow pretty far out, it did not drop off as fast as at the Colony. The sand was soft and perfect. Does anyone know what hotel this may have been in front of? We would love to do a day pass thing but we want to be further down the beach than the Colony as the sand is softer and wider and you can walk much further out into the ocean. Thanks!
