Amsterdam Disembarkation

Anyone know how long it takes to get from the port in Amsterdam to the airport there and then the port in Copenhagen to the airport there. Looking at two Scandinavia and Russian cruise, one on the Constellation and the other on the Eurodam.

In Amsterdam depending the traffic between 30-45 minutes by car.

Another option is the train from Centraal station, which takes about 15 minutes. You have to put your luggage into/from the train yourself and during rushhours trains can be rather full.
