Bob Question

This may be a silly question, but...My teen sons will be going on the Bob excursion- what do they need to wear? Bathing suits obviously, but what about their feet- do they need anything special for underwater?

 

Also- is there a place on the Bob boat where they can store their stuff?

 

They are all in their late teens/early 20s- and my DH & I are not going with them.

 

Juat want them to be prepared....

They do not need any footwear....feet rest on Bob and do not touch bottom. There are baskets for each "bobber" to store his/her things. It is a great excursion. Be sure to take underwater cameras.

Also, might want to take extra $ for tshirts and tips!

They can also wear eyeglasses while doing the BOB if needed. When on it, your head is in a big helmet-like bubble with room to move, scratch an itch on your face, etc. Of course, use an eyeglass keeper (strap) to make sure they don't fall off :)

 

The BOB was invented by a man who wanted to find a way for his paraplegic wife to experience underwater exploration. It's a neat experience.

We had a great time. We wore watershoes and left our stuff on the Bob boat after that they feed us lunch and had lots of rum punch for us. :D
