Upachaya pontoon snorkel in roatan

Has anyone been on the Upachaya Pontoon Snorkel in Roatan? since you have to go outside to find the Independent Tour Buses parking lot, how difficult is it? The instructions say it's approximately 1000 feet from the exit of the Duty Free shop. I also have another question.......does anyone know if we (RYNDAM) arrives in COXEN HOLE PORT OR, MAHOGANY BAY PORT?:confused: When we went last March, we were in MAHOGANY BAY PORT. Thanks for any help............Elaine :)
