Tour operator status?

For the past 2+ days I have been trying by phone and email to connect with Eagle Ray Divers to schedule a snorkel tour, but no one is responding to email or phone messages. Does anyone know whether this is typical for them, or whether they are still in operation? Kind of frustrating not to get any kind of response......Thanks!

maybe you have the wrong contacts, I just phoned them and they are open, their phone is 987-872-5735 and the man who answered (did not get his name) told me, you can e-mail them to diana@eagleraydivers.com Hope it helps :)

Thanks, the email is the same one I have tried before, but I was using a toll-free number (866-465-1616). I'll try again using the number you provided.

Just tried the (987) 872-5735 number without luck. Message says "The number you have dialed - 01 - has been disconnected and is no longer in service". Odd. Should I be dialing an international code of some sort before the number? I tried the toll-free number again but without success.

Eagle Ray Divers finally did reply via email, so apparently they are still open for business. Didn't want to leave the impression that they never got back to me. Thanks for the suggestions, everyone.
