Carnival Let Us Serve You package

We are getting married on the Sensation in January 2015. This package fits our needs. Has anyone else used this package? Any recommendations or things you did or didn't think to do that you recommend?

I'm being married on the Sensation 11/20/14. This is the package that I've chosen. I've received all the info and had some questions in regards to entree since my groom and a few others attending does not eat any meat (chicken/duck/steak). I was advised that I just need to have a count of how many FISH plates that I needed. :):):)

Excellent advice. I think we are fairly fortunate that our guests are pretty open minded on the food but we do have one that has some food issues.
