is this normal for celebrity ?? after waiting on line for 45 minutes a rep answered -pleased to hear a human voice - I asked my question about cancelling a package I myself purchased on line - agent said must talk to travel agent - I asked why as I booked the wine package - next was a voiuce saying that Celebrity is closed- 5:30 pm Mountain time

a dial tone -was disconnected

We too have had the hardest time reaching a Celebrity agent. We wonder "what is going on?". We've waited over a half hour...and more.. and this was trying to book a cruise.

This is a sad commentary on their customer service - we've been sailing with Celebrity for years and never have had such phone difficulties.

Have you tried cancelling it on line? I purchased a shore excursion on line, even though I went through a travel agent for my cruise, and I was able to cancel it on line without any problems.

Shame on Celebrity!

 

Lack of reasonable customer service leaves such a bad impression. Maybe, you can cancel on-line, but that doesn't repair damage that has been done.
