Boarding pass says. 1600 to board. Is that correct. Or can you board earlier.

Hi I have read on here you can start boarding from around 12.00 although your cabin may not be ready you can still board.

@ROBERT544

Terminal doors typically open at 11 with check-in starting then as well. Boarding, however, usually starts somewhere between 11:30 and noon. Ship has to get a zero count (meaning all passengers accounted for being off the ship), cleared by CBP and then folks doing a back to back cruise (if any) cleared and let back on. Then comes Yacht Club folks and finally it is open for general boarding.

Hope this helps!

Typhoon has the best advise. There is NO set time. All depends on when they clear the ship but........ We're a lucky bunch of cruisers. All passengers get off early as per usual cruise ships and we get on noonish and get to relax and explore for many hours with the great sights of Miami as our backdrop.

Plan on getting there 11ish if you want to get on early.......that gives you enough time to park if you need too and have a leisurely boarding process. No need to rush and stress. After noon though the port goes into bizzerk mode with all the other ships.

Visiting the port today, half full, they turned about 20K passenger getting off and 20K getting on......not to mention staff coming to and fro for free wifi and lunch from a food truck catering to their nationalities preferences.
