Towel charges are back

So, I went to "check in" my towels yesterday and was told my card wasn't necessary. When I questioned it, I was told it was a "mistake" that they took my card in the first place. It was news to the others in line to return, too, as their cards had been scanned the previous Sunday.

 

Typical RCI- the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

 

No charge on my Sea Pass this morning, so I don't care one way or the other.

Wow! Thanks for the update- as you can it started a weeklong *storm here, and gave us all something to talk about;)
